JDS Lanka – Refund & Return Policy

At JDS Lanka, we are committed to providing high-quality office equipment, printing solutions,
and office supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our
refund and return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery,
Provided that –

• Manufacture fault only.
• The product is returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of
  purchase (invoice or receipt).
• The product shows no signs of misuse, damage, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged
upon delivery:

• Opened reams or packs of paper.
• Products with damaged or missing original packaging.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:

• Defective, or
• Incorrect compared to your order,
  Please notify JDS Lanka within 72 hours of receiving the order by providing your order number
  and clear photographs of the item. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund
  where applicable.

Printers and Electronic Equipment
Printers and other electronic products may be returned only if:

• They are found to have a manufacturing defect upon inspection.
• They have not been physically damaged, misused, or modified by the customer.
• They are returned with all original accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging.
  Products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty may be repaired or replaced according to
  the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, customers will be notified of the
outcome.
If approved:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, including KOKO Pay where
  applicable.
• Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by JDS Lanka or a
  defective product.

Exchange Policy

• Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item or another product of equal or greater
  value (subject to payment of any price difference), depending on stock availability.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product supplied by JDS Lanka, we
  will bear the applicable return shipping costs.
• For returns requested for any other approved reason, the customer is responsible for the
  return shipping charges.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without penalty. Once an order has been dispatched
  or delivered, it will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
